W całym mieszkaniu dużo różnych schowków i szaf. Idealne dla singla lub pary. Okna wychodzą na stronę zachodnią, więc mieszkanie jest bardzo słoneczne i przyjemnie się w nim mieszka. Najlepszym dowodem na to jest to, że zwykle lokatorzy mieszkali tam minimum 2 lata, a rekordziści 11 i rezygnowali ze względu na wyprowadzkę z Warszawy. Mieszkanie, mimo że znajduje się w Śródmieściu, jest bardzo ciche nie tylko ze względu na grube mury, ale też dlatego, że okna wychodzą na zieleń, nie na główną ulicę. IV piętro na VII (winda). Lodówka, pralka, piekarnik, kuchenka. Nie ma balkonu. Doskonała lokalizacja w sercu Warszawy, blisko Starówka, parki. Kamienica z lat pięćdziesiątych z cegły, więc w lecie nie jest tak gorąco jak w nowszych. Zwierzęta: NIE Palacze: NIE Szukam osoby lub osób spokojnych, kulturalnych, które nie będą organizować imprez, pomieszkają dłużej i będą tam czuć się jak u siebie. Okolica jest spokojna z dobrą komunikacją, blisko do stacji metra M1. Mieszkanie zostało odświeżone w 2026, jest umeblowane.
