High ceilings, large windows and a beautiful view of Central Park and the surroundings. For full comfort, all windows have fitted "day/night" blinds and mosquito nets (windows on the left-hand side). On warm days a brand new slim tower fan will also come in handy. The room has a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and the option to connect your own additional appliances, while the hallway holds a "walk-through" kitchen with a cooking hob (2 burners), sink, and kitchen cabinets with wide-ranging new equipment (glasses, wine glasses, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, chopping boards, a pot, a frying pan, kitchen knives) as well as an Italian and a French coffee press. Optimal storage space – on the right-hand side, in addition to the utility wardrobe, there is a large, deep, roomy wardrobe (115 cm wide) and a built-in overhead storage cupboard. Between the wardrobes there is a practical chest of drawers, and on it an LCD TV with the option to connect to Google Chromecast (streaming apps). The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washing machine and a built-in storage space. LTE Internet (100 Mbit) included in the price. Running costs: approx. PLN 400 per month in summer and PLN 650 in winter (including heating) + electricity. We love animals, but due to the character of the apartment we are looking for tenants without pets.
