Opis

Hi everyone! A nice, cozy room in a 2-room apartment is available starting from Mid-November (or 1st November). Felicjanek Street Location: Excellent, premium location in the heart of Kraków (near ul. Asnyka, Stare Miasto). Very safe and peaceful. • 6-minute walk to the Main Square (Rynek Główny) • 4-minute walk to the Vistula River (Wisła) • 3-minute walk to the gym, tram, and bus stops (perfect connections to everywhere) • Located on the ground floor. Even though it is right in the center, the street and apartment are very quiet! About the Flat: You will share the apartment with only one flatmate—a very nice, sweet, and friendly Polish girl who is a student. • Looking for a female tenant only (girl-only flat) • Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Safety & Comfort: • 100% NO GAS in the apartment! Very safe. • Hot water & heating are fully central (the old boiler shown in the pictures has been completely removed). Price 2075 All included • This fixed price of 2075 PLN completely covers your rent, administration, water, heating, internet, and an electricity allowance of up to 300 PLN/month for two people (you and your roommate). • (Note: If electricity usage exceeds 300 PLN, the tenant pays the difference. However, previous tenants have never exceeded this limit since the apartment runs on central heating rather than expensive electric heaters! Feel free to contact me 7915
